Ag Day Barbeque

Saturday, September 12, 2009

The 28th annual Ag Day hosted by Colorado agricultural organizations and associations along with Colorado State University's College of Agricultural Sciences and Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is a nonprofit event with Ag Day proceeds furnishing scholarships to Colorado State University agricultural science students. Colorado agricultural growers and producers prepare Colorado's outdoor barbecue from quality Colorado food products.

Ag Day has been taking place for over 28 years and is a tradition that celebrates Colorado’s agricultural history. Colorado agriculture has always been and continues to be a vital part of our state’s history and economy.

Experience a genuine Colorado barbecue, agricultural activities, and displays on Saturday, September 12, with food, fun, and football when Colorado State University takes on Weber State. It all happens prior to the kickoff in the parking lot south of Colorado State’s Hughes Stadium in Fort Collins.

The Barbecue - 11:30-2:00 pm

Ag Day offers the finest food and beverages grown or processed from the mountains to the plains. Colorado agricultural producers will prepare a beautiful harvest of quality Colorado food. And when you’re done savoring the taste of Colorado-grown food, you can pick up a plant to remind you of the food, fun, and football game that make Ag Day special.

Football Tickets - Kickoff at 3:00
Football tickets are available in the combination package with seats in the North End Zone.
